Melanie is a British trained and qualified Drama teacher with over 20 years’ experience in the UK and Switzerland which includes Head of Faculty, Director of Drama, Housemistress, Head of Year, Co-Curricular Coordinator, PSHE Coordinator. Previous work in boarding includes Roedean School for Girls, Royal Hospital School, Christ's Hospital School and Aiglon College in Switzerland.

She greatly enjoys developing an extensive, exciting and balanced programme of pastoral care, and creating academic and experiential learning opportunities within a whole school community.

Melanie is the School's Designated Safeguarding Lead.
