Philippa is a qualified Chartered Accountant. After graduating from the University of Birmingham with first class honours in Money, Banking and Finance, she joined Deloitte’s Financial Services Audit Group in London where she specialised in audit advisory services for investment banking clients. Philippa transferred into Deloitte’s Forensic Services department before moving to New York and taking a career break to raise her family of three girls.

On leaving New York, Philippa moved to Esher and became a governor at a local state primary school where she developed an interest in pursuing a career in education. Philippa joined the bursary team at The Yehudi Menuhin School in 2018 and took on the role of bursar in Spring 2023.
